We are Mason Baggott and Garton - a firm of solicitors with three offices across North Lincolnshire and with clients far beyond.
The firm was formed in the 1870s - a time when lawyers were respected not reviled - and we strive to honour that tradition with a modern outlook.

We work to provide our clients with totally independent advice to assist them, whatever their legal aims. Our qualified legal experts
and all our support staff have always used the best technology, from the original dictaphone used by the late John Baggott, through to the latest technology to enable e-conveyancing.

You will find us at Scunthorpe , Brigg and Epworth, keeping busy offering independent legal advice. All the partners were raised, educated and now live in North Lincolnshire . The current partners include the children and grandchildren of H.A.Mason and
J.C.Baggott, the late partners contained in the name whereas Rex Garton is still very much with us. We are here to stay and to
serve our community.

Our long history has shown that ensuring clients' interests come first is the only way for us to succeed. Recent technology
